The technique used to achieve this look was a full head of baby lights. The first picture is curled and styled and the second picture is rough dried without any styling. This is one of my favorite techniques for blondes that don’t have a lot of time for maintenance 👱🏻‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️🎨
