Our full spectrum light therapy panel is designed to target multiple layers of tissue using specific wavelengths, each with distinct physiological applications.

Blue Light (480nm)
Targets surface skin layers and supports skin clarity and surface balance. It also influences sensory and circadian signaling when used in short, controlled exposures.

Yellow Light (590nm)
Supports superficial circulation and lymphatic flow, helps calm the nervous system, and may assist in reducing visible redness or post-treatment irritation. Commonly used in recovery and relaxation phases.

Red Light (630–670nm)
Supports cellular energy production through mitochondrial activity, while also assisting connective tissue and fascial health. Frequently applied to promote muscle recovery and circulation before or after manual or movement-based sessions.

Near Infrared (810–1060nm)
Penetrates deeper into muscle, joint, and neural tissues. Supports circulation, oxygen delivery, and neuromuscular efficiency, making it a key component in both performance and restorative protocols.

Full-spectrum light therapy panels are available for purchase through Temple Human Performance. Message us today for more info!

Sunrider ese® is a concentrated herbal formula designed to support the body’s natural stress response and promote a calmer, more balanced state.

Its key ingredient, valerian root, is traditionally used to support GABA-related activity in the nervous system, helping encourage a shift out of heightened stress activation and into a more relaxed, regulated state.

Rather than acting as a sedative, ese® supports the body’s stress regulation systems, helping the nervous system transition from a fight or flight state into recovery and rest where breathing, muscle tone, and physiological function can normalize.

At Temple, this aligns with how we address stress through neuromuscular therapy—reducing guarding patterns, improving breathing mechanics, and supporting the nervous system out of overdrive. Ask about trying ese® at your next appointment.

Performance is built from more than movement alone. The body can only adapt, recover, and function with proper nutrient absorption, which is one reason we recommend Sunrider Assimilade.

Assimilade is formulated to support digestion and nutrient assimilation. In simple terms, assimilation is the body’s ability to properly break down, absorb, and actually use the nutrients from the foods you eat.

Assimilade contains digestive enzymes like protease and lipase, which help support the breakdown of proteins and fats. Proteins provide the amino acids needed for tissue repair, recovery, and neuromuscular function, while healthy fats support hormone production, cellular health, and energy systems.

at Temple is grounded in the understanding that nutrition is a primary driver of physiological function, recovery, and long-term health.

We take a structured, science-based approach to fueling the body, focusing on macronutrient balance, micronutrient sufficiency, and metabolic efficiency to support both performance and repair.

By aligning nutritional strategies with individual demands, we help regulate energy availability, support tissue adaptation, and promote optimal hormonal and cellular function.

This integration ensures that what clients do outside of sessions directly reinforces the work performed within them.

Nourish ultimately supports a sustainable wellness model, where informed nutritional choices enhance resilience, longevity, and overall system performance.

At Temple Human Performance, we encourage because we see its impact on our clients—how people recover, how they adapt to stress, and how their overall energy and resilience change when cellular systems are supported. It’s not an isolated modality for us; it’s part of a broader approach aimed at helping the body function more efficiently under everyday demands.

From a scientific standpoint, photobiomodulation research suggests that specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light may support mitochondrial activity, circulation, and immune signaling pathways involved in inflammation and stress response. These processes are central to how the body manages illness and recovery. A 2023 review in Frontiers in Immunology highlights the relationship between mitochondrial function and innate immune regulation, reinforcing the connection between cellular energy and immune resilience.

When combined with strong nutritional foundations and recovery strategies, light therapy becomes one piece of a larger system that supports how the body adapts, repairs, and maintains balance under stress. It’s about creating the right internal environment for performance and long-term health.

Sunrider Quinary is a nutrient-rich whole food supplement designed to help support energy, recovery, and overall wellness.

By helping provide the body with key nutrients needed for cellular function and oxygen utilization, proper nutrition may also play a role in supporting aerobic performance and VO₂ max — the body’s ability to efficiently use oxygen during activity.

at Temple begins with understanding that many clients arrive after dealing with pain, limitations, or persistent movement challenges that have affected their daily lives.

Our goal is to restore and then elevate their capacity, guiding them beyond resolution of symptoms into a higher level of functional performance.

Building on a foundation of repair and efficiency, we focus on improving force production, coordination, and energy system performance to enhance metrics such as VO₂ max, power, and overall work capacity.

Our services integrate strength and conditioning, neuromuscular training, and targeted recovery strategies to ensure the body can both produce and sustain higher levels of output.

By reinforcing efficient energy use and resilient movement patterns, we support long-term health, helping clients maintain strength, capacity, and independence as they age.

Hip Strength For Longevity

As the body ages, the ability to adapt and move efficiently is just as important as maintaining strength. One of the most influential contributors to long-term function is the and of the hips.

Your hips serve as a central hub for force transfer, balance, and coordination. Every step, transition, and change in direction relies on their ability to control motion across multiple planes.

When the kinetic chain is well-developed, movement is efficient and adaptable. When it is not, compensations begin to emerge throughout the system.

A 2026 study published in Scientific Reports demonstrated that reductions in hip strength are closely associated with declines in dynamic balance, trunk stability, and overall functional mobility—key factors directly linked to fall risk, injury potential, and independence.

You can review the study here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-026-35724-x

What is the best way to keep hips functioning properly as clients age?

At Temple, we design training around how the body actually functions—through an integrated kinetic chain that relies on coordination between the hips, trunk, knees, and feet.

We use tools like bands, external load, and controlled movement patterns across multiple planes to enhance proprioception, improve alignment, and strengthen neuromuscular responsiveness.

Techniques such as wall squats, supported lunges, pelvic lifts, and curtsy variations are selected because they challenge stability while training the body to adapt to shifting demands in real time.

The goal is to build a system that is not only stronger, but more responsive, coordinated, and capable of handling real-world movement stress.
