I’m still here! I just needed to take some time, over the winter, to prioritize some self care. I realized that I’ve spent my whole life with other people. I went from being a kid at home, to a mom at 17, to a dedicated girlfriend as soon as I became an empty nester. From 17 until this last year, I put everyone else’s needs above my own. (Not complaining, just stating a fact, I wouldn’t change it for the world.💜) Everything drastically changed in April of last year and June of this year. I’ve spent many hours angry at God. Many hours crying and essentially healing. Some days I felt so lost. I lost my spiritual fire. I lost my zest for life. I’m actively working to find that again. I can’t help others, without helping myself first! So that’s what I’m doing. 🙏🏼 I’m excited for the present and for the future! I have a lot of exciting things coming to you in the spring!! I can’t wait to share them with all of you! I’m still taking orders through messenger or text! But one thing coming is a great new website, that will make this process a heck of a lot easier!! 🎉🎉🎉 In the meantime, if you need anything, just shoot me a message. Prayer included 💜 I ask all of my warriors to pray for me as well. The spiritual battle is real, but my God is greater!! No matter what happens in life, I always know my Father has my back. His plan is far greater than mine or yours. I love you all!

Pastor Steven just said such a powerful revelation!! Most everyone sees this image and recognizes it’s a normal heartbeat. Something that is necessary for you to be alive. If your hearts not beating…well ya know. But look at it again. It also represents LIFE!! Walking along in life and hitting peaks and valleys!! Your heartbeat mimics your daily walk in life! Both the peaks and valleys are a NECESSITY for life!! There is nothing wrong with you, that one second you’re praising God on a peak and the next minute you’re in lament in a valley! It’s completely normal and necessary for your life!! Just always remember that both steps are ordered by God!! Nothing that happens to us, hasn’t passed through our Fathers hands first! He is with us and everything works together for His will and purpose. I’ve had people tell me they wished they had faith like mine. Sometimes I don’t understand. I struggle in certain times, not with faith, but with understanding why. But I have experienced, far too many times in my life, Gods goodness, grace and mercy. So while I lament (grieve things in my life) and cry out to God and have moments of anger and frustration, I KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT, these things are all happening for a reason. Walk in your peaks and valleys, praising Him always. It’s ok to be uncertain, frustrated, confused, sad, angry but ALWAYS remember that He is in EVERYTHING! You might not understand in the moment, but as your heartbeat shows you…it’s normal and all required for life!! You cant have one without the other!💜

I’m tooting my own horn today!! Yall missed out on these apple pie flaky muffins!! I made a cinnamon spice “flaky” muffin, topped it with apple pie filling, vanilla caramel buttercream and drizzled with caramel sauce!! All sugar free (except the apples) and 9G of protein each! This flaky muffin concoction, works so well and this literally tastes like a slice of apple pie!! I’m so excited it turned out so great because now I have endless opportunities!!! Peach cobbler, cherry pie, strawberry pie…etc!! God is great ALL THE TIME!!! 💜🙏🏼👏🏼

Turned out great! Tastes just like regular bread!!! 💜It beats out every commercial bread, with 7g of protein per slice!! The carbs and calories are comparable to most commercial breads, except Lewis! I could bake with keto flour instead, but that means my prices would have to increase. That stuff isn’t cheap!!
