🐟 Whole fish recipe:
* 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
* 2 tablespoons salted capers, rinsed and finely chopped
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tablespoon avocado oil, plus more for rubbing
* 1 (3-pound) red snapper or any other fish you like, cleaned and scaled
* 1 sliced lemon
🐟Chop parsley, capers, and garlic. Combine with avocado oil and mix it all.
🐟Make 5 parallel 3-inch-long slashes on each side of snapper, slicing almost through to bone.
🐟Lightly season fish with salt and fill slashes with paste. Rub fish all over with avocado oil and add lemon slices inside the fish.
🧑🍳 To roast snapper, preheat oven to 425°F. Transfer fish to a heavy rimmed baking sheet so it stands upright. Roast fish for 30 minutes, until flesh just flakes. Transfer fish to a platter. Using 2 forks, lift fillets off bones and serve.
🫓 Cottage cheese bread with Parmesan cheese:
• Spread cottage cheese onto a parchment-lined baking sheet
• Top with Parmesan, and bake until golden around 25minutes.
Add your favorite green vegetables as a side dish and enjoy 😍

🤔Is Permanent make up same as Tattooing?
❓I get this question pretty often from women, but the short answer is - NO. Its very important to understand the difference, because some of you are scared of getting eyebrows or lips done thinking it’s tattooing. Permanent make up is - Soft, Natural & blended. 👄

🇰🇷Korean style Sea W**d cold salad🇱🇹
🌱You will need:
🥢1 ounce (30 grams) dried seaw**d
🥢¼ cup soy sauce
🥢¼ cup white distilled vinegar
🥢2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
🥢1 ounce onion (30 grams), sliced thinly
🥢2 garlic cloves, minced
🥢1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds.
😍Let’s start!
1. Soak the sea w**d in cold water 30 minutes to 1 hour until it fully expands.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt and blanch the seaw**d for 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.
3.Strain and rinse in cold running water until the sea w**d is nice and cold.
4. Cut it into bite size pieces.
5. Combine garlic, onion, soy sauce, vinegar, and honey in a bowl. Add sea w**d and mix well.
6. Let Sea w**d chill for few hours in the fridge.
7. When serving add some sesame seeds.
🌾 It takes soo good with fresh rice! 😍🍚
Store it in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 1 week.
