Havasu Hula

Havasu Hula will be taking a 2 week break from classes. Classes will begin again on February 18th at Eight Lotus Wellness. 1-2 pm.
$15 drop in or 10 class pass for $100.

Have you heard of the Havasu Follies? It is a great opportunity to support our local Arts and the theater which houses these wonderful people. Havasu Hula will be performing Hula Baby on January 28, 29 and 30. Seats are reserved; prices are $25+fee per ticket for adults and $15+fee for children 17 and younger. Proceeds to benefit GraceArts Youth Theatricals, the 501c3 non-profit youth entity created to enhance the theatre educational and performance opportunities for our young people. Great day for hula in the park.

Hula anyone? A bit windy this morning but not in the studio. Join us tonight at 6:45 for stretching and a good warm up before finishing E Ku'u Sweet Lei Poina Ole.

Carrie Clark has been teaching fitness classes for 10 years. She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and is certified in Zumba, Zumba toning and TRX, in addition she enjoys teaching HIIT, weight training, kickbox, pilates, yoga, cycling and kickboxing. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer. Carrie also works as a personal assistant and owns 3 little girls performing group franchises called Singers Company which she teaches at Eight Lotus. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, boating and traveling and spending time with her spouse and 4 kids.
