Introducing massage therapy to my oldest son.

Kindergarten can be stressful. Giving him an idea and some tools to help manage his nervous system. He decided to open up and chat about his school day.

Some of my clients decide to use their time on my table to release their thoughts. That is totally fine with me. Calming the mind and body isn’t easy for most. Learning how to comfortably be still is an art.

COMMENT BELOW which aromatherapy would best support you? or maybe it’s a blend 🤔

The holidays are a massive paradox—the same things that make them “fun” often make them incredibly “hard” at the same time.

The “Social Battery” Drain: While gathering with family and friends can be joyful, the constant stimulation from parties, large group dynamics, and overlapping events is often exhausting, especially for introverts or those with social anxiety.

The Weight of Expectations: There is often an unspoken pressure to create a “picture-perfect” holiday. When reality—like a burnt dinner or a family argument—doesn’t match the movie-style ideal, it can lead to deep frustration and burnout.

Financial & Logistical Stress: Gift-giving and travel are meant to be acts of love, but they frequently trigger major financial stress and anxiety about crowded airports or winter weather.

The “Empty Chair” Effect: For many, the holidays shine a spotlight on grief. Missing a loved one who is no longer there can make even the most festive moments feel bittersweet or lonely.

Routine Disruption: Holidays break our normal sleep and self-care schedules. This lack of structure can make it harder to regulate your mood and energy levels.
If you’re feeling the “hard” part right now, remember that it is okay to prioritize your own rest.

What is oil touch?

Oil touch is an interaction between nature’s chemistry and neurology (brain and healing communication system). It supports the body to move toward a healing state. Health is created as the body archives and maintains balance. This balance can be interrupted by heightened stress, environmental toxins, or traumas. Oil touch promotes balance so healing can continue within the body.
