1 month post op rhinoplasty results of this sweet, beautiful patient! In my last post she was pictured 1 week out. Here she is 3 weeks later. More swelling has gone down and we are seeing a little more definition. We are both happy with her results and I'm grateful she let me share her photos with you!

One feature I wanted to point out is the reduction of tip ptosis (drooping) with smiling. That was one of her goals after surgery and with a variety of surgical techniques I was able to achieve that for her. ❤️😀👃🏻The nose is still fairly stiff at 1 month and smiling feels tight and limited, but the reduction in tip ptosis should be a permanent improvement.

Healing progression update! I previously posted before & after pictures of this patient. I saw her again recently and we are so pleased with how her healing is coming along. Even though she looked great early on, now at 10 months you can appreciate more of her neck contour and definition along the jawline. We also added a little lip filler 💋

Not your standard otoplasty!👂🏻👂🏻👂🏻 Typically when people think of otoplasty it is about reducing a protruded or "stuck out" ear. This patient was born with excess cartilage of her upper helical rim that flopped forward and caused this appearance. After discussing various options we decided to do an excision of excess cartilage/skin to try and get her ear looking as normal as possible. She healed great and we were both so happy with her results! We did this in the office under local anesthetic in 2 stages. Photos posted with patient permission

"I feel like when I look in the mirror now, I see me!"

I was so happy to see this patient back 1 month after her face & necklift with upper & lower lid blepharoplasty. She still has a lot of healing to go but we are both already so happy with her early results. One of the greatest experiences she's had since having surgery is that she now sees her "real self" looking back in the mirror. She felt like before she looked more tired and sad even though she didn't feel that way. Giving someone back their sense of self is one of the greatest joys in what I do.

I am lucky to have so many wonderful patients in my practice and she is certainly one of the kindest and sweetest I have encountered. I'm so grateful she chose me as her surgeon and we have gotten to know each other through her surgical and post-op journey. I will continue to follow her progress over the course of the year and will try to post updates periodically on how she is doing!

I saw this patient yesterday for a post op visit and we were both so pleased with her healing progress! Her goals for surgery were to maintain her ethnic features while still reducing the overall size of her nose. She wanted to define and contour the tip, narrow the nose from the front view, and increase the tip projection and rotation. Her tip swelling will continue to go down over the next 6 months and I'm looking forward to seeing her again to follow her progress. She loves her new nose so far and it was so fun to see her beaming and radiating confidence!

This patient came to me for a revision face and necklift at the age of 79 years young (!) She had prior surgery in her 50s but felt like her neck was never really addressed and she was ready for a "refresh." She specifically wanted to address her lower face, jowls, and loose skin in her neck.

Despite her age, she was otherwise very healthy and was incredibly active and social. So after a thorough evaluation and discussion, we proceeded with a deep plane face and necklift. She is pictured here 6 months after surgery and has healed beautifully. We are both so happy with her improvements and I can't believe she will be entering her 80s looking this good!
