Some of you may already know and to those who don’t I am not longer at Fantastic sams and I am no longer doing hair. I still will do haircuts here and there but as far as anything chemical I won’t be. I can refer you to amazing stylists who would love to help!

I appreciate each and everyone of you that have sat in my chair and I will forever be grateful for you but I am going down a different path with my career and I’m so excited. Again thank you to everyone and thank you for understanding! ❤️

I got a promotion to manager! Starting Thursday Nov 17th I will be at the Plant city location.

There is some big changes in the works and I am so excited!! I can’t go into details just yet but soon enough!

An open letter to my clients, who are always more like friends

I see you, I watch you walk into the salon with the weight of the world on your shoulders.
We ask how you are? sometimes you want to pretend you are fine but we can see your body language. We play along too, because sometimes a bit of a laugh is all you need.
Sometimes it’s you who comes in and lifts our spirits.

I see your eyes well up with tears when you tell me IVF didn’t work again. I see your strength and I also see how much of a great mother you will be when it finally happens.

I see those of you who struggle with addiction, it’s a lonely place and I never judge, it’s too close to home. I too knew that dark place.
Tomorrow is a new day. Keep going.

I see the kindest and most loving women, trying again and again with their selfish husbands/boyfriends in the hope that one day it will change. One day they will stop drinking 2 bottles of wine per night, taking to you like 💩 and waking up the next day promising to make changes only for it to happen all over again.
I hope one day they see all they have and appreciate it.

I see those of you who have lost children, either to child birth, illness or accident. I can fathom how you sit in my chair and are still happy and upbeat. You are my hero. Your strength is unparalleled.

I see you with your adult children addicted to heavy drugs or in jail for offences. No, it’s not your fault, you are the best mothers. I hope one day you stop beating yourself up.

I see those intelligent, witty, beautiful women who just can’t seem to find the right kind of love. If only you saw what I saw, perhaps you would make better choices to start with.

I see you drowning with the weight of motherhood. The endless balancing act of sleep, exercise, keeping a home, keeping children alive and still trying to be an attentive wife. You are killing it.

I see you judging every single inch of your body, being repulsed at your own image. Never happy with your hair, skin, body fat, age. Who taught you to hate that? I see past that because I know you more than skin deep and that makes you so much more than the external shell that houses your soul.

I see it all, we are not all so different. Thank you to the beautiful woman who chose to sit in my chair and let me know the secrets in your heart.

I love doing your hair, but I love what’s underneath it even more.
