During your 30-40 minute session you can burn up to 600 calories, sweat out toxins, reduce pain, relieve stress, improve circulation and lower your blood pressure. After your session you can relax in the room on our plush couches with the t.v on cooling of with eucalyptus towels and re-hydrating with cold refreshing cucumber water.
