Life is quite the wild ride isn’t it?! How’s y’all’s mercury retrograde going? For me, personally it’s been trying. to say the least. But when I find the capacity within to zoom out at the bigger picture a bit, and realize my faith that the universe is abundant and gives me what I ask for, what I focus on, it doesn’t have any bad news for me, it’s just reflecting my own vibration; I realize again and again how true that universal law is. There is always a lesson, a growth opportunity to be had. If we can overcome our habits and blocks, turn and face our demons, and allow the the higher vibes the better thoughts- greatness we are destined for is let in. life can get big! Big bold and beautiful. I’m re committing myself during my own personal season of contrast- to glow up. Tune in, and turn on.

Forest bathing, especially near water, is my favorite way to reconnect with nature and my heart center in a deep way. Allowing ourselves time to reflect, recharge, heal, glow up, ground and enjoy!! Sunshine kissing my shoulders, cool water dripping from my hair and a little wind on my face while birds hum in my ears- that’s all I want from my last few weeks of hot, hot Texas summer! .

Whatever your stumbling blocks are now baby girl, they won’t be forever. Remember you are not alone, and you can do this. .

Self-made women, darling, are often painted as wolves who claw their to the top with nothing sheer will and a killer pair of heels. But let’s get real for a second—nobody builds an empire in isolation! Behind every fierce woman breaking glass ceilings, there’s a tribe of good-hearted souls cheering her on, sharing wisdom, and serving up tough love when needed. It’s like a fabulous potluck where everyone brings their best dish; it takes community to whip up something extraordinary. Sure, grit is essential—because let’s face it, the road is bumpy and the haters are relentless—but it’s the support system that transforms resilience into triumph. So, while self-made sounds great on paper, remember: no queen rules alone!
