I miss the salon but I am still getting opportunities to do great haircuts in Texas. 🤩

After almost 10 years at this location, I am closing this chapter of my life to venture on to new pastures. I have accepted a job in Schertz, Texas and I will be starting there November 1st.
I am hopefully optimistic that I will be a good fit and will be putting in an offer on a new house.
I am so thankful for all of my clients over the last 30 years, and I will be referring to Rose and Polly in the salon, as well as a young, trendy colorist named Brandi Boone ! Brandi is also In Lakewood and will be a great stylist for my clients who are looking for a new colorist.
I will keep you all posted for when I get back in town to visit!

Now that all of my sisters and kiddos have heard the news...I can share publicly..
I was offered, and accepted, a job in Schertz, Texas. (NE San Antonio) I m taking a pay cut, but I won't have to work 60 hours a week anymore, will have full benefits and all of my care clients will be in one place.
They are wanting me Nov 1, so I am trying to get in as many clients as possible in the salon before I leave NEXT THURSDAY!
I have 3 amazing stylists taking on anyone I can't fit in before I go.
Tim and I (and Lucky Bear) will be staying in an extended stay hotel for a few weeks and if I am a good fit, I will be putting in offers for a house... then I ll come back for our furniture and the cats🐈 🐈 🐈 🐈 and make it official.
Justin and Jessica will be staying in the house and fixing it up. And if everything flops, I can always just move back in with the kids 😁
