Sorry if it seems late to the party but Facebook I’d a platform that gets neglected on our end.
When I opened up the shop I pictured a place where anybody, any race, gender, sexual orientation, political preference, religious affiliation, social economic status or age could come and feel welcome and enjoy our company. I am proud of every staff member here and how they treat others as they would want to be treated. We stand loud and proud with the movement and encourage everyone else to also take a stand. We vow to do our part in the fight against systemic racism and police brutality. We see you. We hear you. We will not stay silent. We love you Lancaster

Hey folks a mass email went out to give you guys updates but there was a technical error and it was blank. A follow up email will be delivered soon.

Dear beloved clients
It has been nearly two months since the guys and I have seen each other, or been legally allowed to cut hair. We miss everyone dearly. If you have been getting cancelled appointment notifications it is because we are at the mercy of our Governor and when he sees it fit to allow us to open back up. I wish I could give a date as to when we can reopen the schedule and the shop, but alas this is the fourth extension. Trust me there is nothing we would love more than to go back to normal and cut hair. Many barbers and stylists are still unable to get unemployment at this time, let alone a stimulus check. In the weeks to come we will be posting about new guidelines, health and safety measures, as well disinfecting and sanitation rules in addition to the current preventative measures we use at the shop. Once we know a firm date as to when we can reopen, we will check back on here and you will receive an automated message from the appointy system to let you know the books are open as well as what is of expected of us, as well as you for your next haircut. Please be patient and bear with us, as this week will near almost 2,000 appointments cancelled

We know how difficult it can be for some to plan ahead with their work, school, and kids activity schedules. We are always trying to accommodate and make sure we can do our best to get everyone in. We now have 8 full time barbers working to take care of you. It’s exciting to be able to say we have availability within a few days. Hopefully this helps out and as always thanks to everyone for their continued support.

Everyone at the shop is fully booked until Thanksgiving. We will be opening back up Black Friday and have a few appointments available! Thank you all for your continued support!

BIG NEWS!! We have officially added someone new to the Pink Lady roster! Shannon comes to us with over 15 years experience and is trained in advanced coloring/cutting techniques - we couldn't be more excited! Our dear friend Chris will be helping us out around the shop this summer! If you're not sure what barber your appointment is with, need to know anything about the Civil War, or want to discuss your favorite Ruff Ryder's member, he's the guy to talk to!

Just a friendly reminder that when you run behind, we run behind. When a couple people are 5-10 minutes late it throws off our entire day. Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time as it not only effects the barbers but the clients with appointments after you. THANK YOU!!
