Hydration hack… even if you have oily skin!

Most of the time, we highlight the brow bone 𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 the actual brow. Instead, try using your regular powder 𝘰𝘯 the brow bone and highlight 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐕𝐄 the actual Brow! (Your highlighter can be a Matte or Shimmer eye shadow, but 𝘯𝘰 𝘎𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳.) ✨⁣

A small brush can get the job done. This gives the eye the ultimate lift and keeps your brow from looking hooded or accentuating a hood. 🖌⁣

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞: When applying blush on the apples of the cheeks, turn the head slightly and smile. Apply blush just above the apple. Then, stop smiling and make sure the "apples" didn't drop when the smile did! 🍎⁣

☝🏼They are, in fact, the 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 shades. They actually match to the "T." (I promise you, I've experimented on hundreds of people and am 💯% confident that they 𝐃𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇.)⁣

🤔 What happens is...they oxidize at different times. The Matte foundations are more "air-activated," meaning they take a little bit longer to turn to its true shade. ⏲Get it on the face as quickly as possible. ⁣

👌🏼Luminous are 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐄 right out of the tube, and will be a few shades darker than the Matte at 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓. There's 𝐍𝐎 oxidizing time needed. 🚫Matte will always come out lighter and have a visual color difference of 𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝟹-𝟺 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘴, but will eventually catch up & match to a "T."⁣

⏲Matte needs anywhere from 𝟹𝟶 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴 - 𝟷 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦 to catch up to Luminous. Oily girls will take 20-30 seconds to come to its truest shade. Drier girls take a bit longer. ⁣

Matte absorbs light instead of reflects it. Luminous reflects light. 🔦⁣

👍🏼An easy fix so you don't get flustered trying to wait for the shade to oxidize is to 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 so you can find the shade without having to wait, but obviously if your client's preference is Matte, then give her that shade in the Matte.⁣

💡𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐢𝐩: Applying foundation to match your 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐦 will match...... 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘈𝘳𝘮! 😂 This skin is usually the 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 on our body. It is 𝐀𝐋𝗪𝐀𝐘𝐒 lighter than the rest of the body during 𝐀𝐍𝐘 season! 🍂🌞🌷❄️⁣
