Home accounts give me dopamine. Some of my favourite creators make me feel calm and at ease and I love falling into their wonderful little online worlds. Watching the pretty clean spaces with relaxing insta perfect music feels like meditation, as long as I don’t look around at my own tip with it’s half finished projects and constant washing on display 😂 Sometimes they’ll inspire me to do a blitz of my space and sometimes I’ll just remind myself not to compare and that we can’t all have the same talents, passions, interests, time, careers or finances. Then I’ll block out the piles of crap until I get the biyearly notion to declutter. Thank you to all those home accounts who take so much time and effort to create the perfect content for me to get lost in. I love it! It’s also worth saying thank you to the creators who show us the work in progress, the effort, the mess, the cost, the ups and downs and the sheer will it takes to create these lovely spaces.
