Lavender Festival Yoga is returning this July🪻

One of my favorite places to move, breathe & expand! This year there are four opportunities to flow together…

◆ July 11th & July 18th | 11AM & 5PM ◆

Stay for the festival afterwards- wander, pick lavender & take your time. Meet you there!

Our first night flowing at the Pump House, with nature’s sounds right outside the door.

Birdsong & breeze traveling through the screened doors & sun rays beaming through the windows remind us just how magical Michigan summers can be.

Even though the forecast played tricks on us, it was a beautiful invitation to bring our Garden Flow energy wherever we are.

Tonight, we’ll be gathering indoors at the Orchard Street Pump House due to storms in the forecast. Same flow, new scenery ✨

Overflow Yoga now has a beautiful indoor backup space for Tuesday night Garden Flow classes 🌧️🌸

This means that we’ll always have a place to practice together- rain or shine!

The indoor rain location is just a few minutes from the gardens. Tucked away in a quiet East Lansing neighborhood, this historic space features vaulted ceilings, large windows, natural light & an open, airy feel.
