As Community Manager at J. Lee Salon Suites, I have the privilege of supporting beauty and wellness professionals throughout Southwest Florida.
From helping professionals take the leap into independence to supporting them through growth, challenges, and milestones, I love being a part of their journey!
What I love most about this community is the people. Every professional has a unique story, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping create a place where they can build a successful business and feel genuinely supported along the way.
I actually started my journey with J. Lee as a concierge. Even then, I loved what we stood for and the relationships we built with our professionals. Seeing firsthand how much support, encouragement, and opportunity existed here made me want to grow with the company and continue helping others do the same.
Today, I have the opportunity to support multiple communities, and one of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching professionals gain confidence, grow their businesses, reach goals they once thought were out of reach, and create the freedom they envisioned for themselves when they first got started.”

“Her low light color is her natural color. I did teasy lights/ foilage with Wella Blondor Bleach- 10Volume, Shadow Root with Redken shades EQ 7N/8N-equal parts and toned the blonde with 10N/10Gi equal parts and brushed it all together.”
