Fall back into natural! This client wanted to try out her natural haircolor for fall after being blonde for years.

Her blonde hair had a hint of green in it from swimming over the summer, which lead to an interesting color correction.

So much more shine!! ☀️

Today was a great day, especially since I got to see my lovely SIL!! We got to catch up, chat and make her even more beautiful than she already is. Teasey lights and a toner were on the menu for today to give her a beautiful mushroom cool beachy brown highlight.

Just a note to all. Love and embrace your family. It matters the most when you have good ones! She made a 3 hour trek from O-town just to see me for her hair. Little does she know that it was really a gift to me to see her! Love you, K!

It is amazing to see the evolution of a client throughout a few visits.

I used new techniques from two different classes combined- the root smudge from and teased highlight techniques from that were both some of the best classes I have taken in over a decade!

They are both amazing independent educators who tour throughout the US and I was so lucky to have them visit my backyard over in Orlando.

One of my favorite small business inspiration clients! 💫 She is always doing videos for her amazing dessert shop . She is so fun and loves to switch her hair up for the seasons...just like her cupcakes! She hints that her fall cupcakes are right around the corner.. you might want to stop by and get a little pumpkin spice in your life if you are in the Tampa Bay Area!

Lucky to do continuing education right here in my own backyard. Living here in the Clearwater Beach area, I never get to take some time to soak up all what live next door to. Great first day hero training! My favorite was ! Wish he could have been here in person but still great virtual! Thank you!

One of my favorite clients, my son. I am so proud of him, he actually let me wash his hair in the sink.

He was acting a little silly, so his haircut took 45 minutes.

A few spins of the chair and a little bribery got us through today!

So happy to be able to give family haircuts to my kids. ♥️

☀️ Mid-Summer Vibes ☀️
Kicked up my traditional highlights with this rooty lived in blonde for a guest that has a very busy schedule and can’t always come in right on time. Yes, we can always customize your look to make it last, but maintenance should still include a good trim and a possible toner every 2-3 months.

This is a day that helped form me into the stylist I am today.
A day of education and renewing my creativity. A day of innovation. A day of connection.
Two weeks ago taking the class with .weeden, I have flexed a new muscle in my highlighting arm and the results have been (mostly) amazing.
I say mostly because I’d be lying to you if I didn’t make a mistake here and there but failing is apart of moving forward and being successful. Remember that. Say it over and over, as growing also has its pains.
On a much more positive note, connecting with many other stylists in a live class was something so missing from my life from post children and post covid and I am so happy to be back at it. I already booked 3 more classes for the rest of the year and I am trying to find a way to squeeze in a little more. I love what I learned, the depth in my highlight skills is well... deep. 😉

Omg, I did it!
That is the feeling I have missed for YEARS when I have done hair and tried a new technique from a class.
A few days ago, I was blessed to have been in a class with and to have learned so many new and useful techniques with predictable results!
I have already awaken the inner eduction loving self that I used to be and signed up for more classes throughout the rest of the year. I am dedicated to raising the bar with myself, for my clients!
