GRILLED CHICKEN WITH ASPARAGUS AND AVOCADO πΏππ₯
A Healthy and Flavorful Meal Combining Juicy Grilled Chicken, Tender Asparagus, and Creamy Avocado!
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 avocado, halved
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation Steps:
Prepare the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Grill the Chicken & Asparagus:
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Prepare the Avocado & Tomatoes:
Drizzle the avocado halves with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Toss cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Assemble the Plate:
Serve the grilled chicken, asparagus, avocado, and cherry tomatoes on a plate. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

A recipe for a mixed berries and banana smoothie:

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Add the banana, mixed berries, yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer extra sweetness.
5. Add ice cubes and blend again if you want a chilled smoothie.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
You can also add a handful of spinach or chia seeds for an extra nutritional boost.
