I tell this to my clients all the time. Don’t pick at your skin!

When you have breakouts the best thing to do is calm down the inflammation. Apply ice on breakouts that feel inflammation or that are sensitive to touch. Apply a spot treatment to the area and just leave it be.

Only pop your pimples if they come to a “head” (white puss filled or at the surface). Always use cotton around your fingers or try q-tips.
