Avidya. Ignorance. You mistake the temporary for the permanent. Your body, your role, your relationships feel solid. But they are actually not your true self.
Asmita. Ego. You think you ARE your thoughts, your wounds, your name. You’re the awareness underneath all of it.
Raga. Attachment. You chase what once felt good, hoping it’ll feel that good again.
Dvesha. Aversion. You avoid what once hurt, even when it’s no longer here. The wound healed. The flinch didn’t.
Abhinivesha. Fear of death. The grip you don’t even know you’re holding. It’s running every decision you make.

I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with hiking, yoga, or sleeping eight hours. The issue is the PACE TO WHICH YOU ARRIVE to it. Your self care, gym, diet, and yoga might not be grounded or healing at all. It becomes self optimization, an eating disorder, a mood disorder, body dysmorphia …the nervous system ends up reading it as even more pressure!! not less….
Healing is not an accomplishment on a to-do list.
It’s actually not so simple.
Healing happens in the spaces between the doing and between the breath.
If you’re ready to feel held instead of be productive 24/7, my door is open. This is so important to me. To my own healing….This is why everyday I do work to undo and relearn and re teach something better.
