Valley High School teacher appreciation chair massage event.

How to save on products! This is a great trick I learned while at esthetician school so we utilized every bit of product. If you have a hard container you could use a box cutter to cut it in half just be careful.

Try it out and let me know how you like it!

What you'll need:
1) Scissors
2) Popsicle sticks
3) Bottle of your choice
4) gloves (optional)

Side Lying Massage
Let's talk about this. Normally side lying massage is used for those that are pregnant because it has become uncomfortable or their tummy is too big to be massaged the traditional way which is face down/face up. However there are many others that can benefit from having a side lying massage. Some reasons this could benefit you:

*Hurts your face being pressed down into the face cradle
*It bothers your sinuses
*You are large breasted or have a large tummy
*Health reasons

In others words you do not need to be face down/face up only. We have this as an option. As well as mixing it up on any of your sessions when you want. There is no additional set up other than we use two pillows. One to lay on and one to hold.

This position is very relaxing and comfortable because it mimics how most people sleep which is on their side. So if this is something you are interested in trying simply let me know before your massage.
