There was a season in my life where most of my energy went outward.

Showing up. Caring. Pouring into everyone around me.

And while there’s beauty in that, I realized something along the way…

If we’re always giving and never returning that same care back to ourselves, we slowly lose our center.

The more I’ve grown, the more I understand this:

Being alone isn’t rejection.Sometimes it’s peace.

And when you’re at ease in your own presence, something shifts.

You stop forcing your way into rooms that disturb your mind.You start protecting your energy with more intention.

Not from ego…but from self-respect.
