Strawberries are nutritious, delicious, filled with health benefits.

High in fiber and low in carbs strawberries are perfect for the ketogenic diet.

A ½-cup serving of sliced strawberries contains:
about 4.7 g of net carbs
and 4.0 of sugar
and abt 28 calories only.

You can add strawberries to your cereal, or make a small , delicious low-carb smoothie.

Strawberries are also valuable because of their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Potassium. Why potassium is so important while you are on KETO?
When you lose sodium on a keto diet, the salt depletion causes a parallel loss of potassium. Common symptoms of a potassium deficiency - the medical term is hypokalemia - include weakness, muscular cramps, constipation, irritability or skin problems.
You may feel heart palpitations, irregular heartbeats, respiratory distress (and even heart failure with serious deficiency).

Virtually all fruits and veggies contain significant amounts of potassium, but not all are keto friendly. In fact, most people don’t realize that animal protein is terrific source of dietary potassium, however the cooking process strips a great deal of it away (but the leftover juices from cooking can be used to keep your levels up).

Here is a list of my potassium rich keto-friendly foods:

Spinach

Chicken breast

Salmon

Beef

Avocado

Broccoli

Asparagus
If you know that you don’t consume enough of those vegetables you should take a pill of Potassium

Keto Garlic and Herb Bread Sticks
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes�🍽 Servings: 4 bread sticks��Ingredients:�1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella�1/2 cup Almond Flour�1 tsp minced Garlic�1 Tbsp chopped Parsley�1 Egg Yolk��Procedure:�1) Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl.�2) Lightly knead the mixture into a smooth dough.�3) Divide the dough into even-sized balls then roll each out into sticks.�4) Put the sticks in a baking sheet lined with parchment.�5) Bake for 6-8 minutes at 220C.��➡️ Nutritional Information:�Energy - 104 kcal�Protein - 7.7g (29%)�Fat - 7g (58%)�Carbohydrates - 3.5g (14%)�Fiber - 1.8g

Keto Peanut Chocolate Cups
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes
🍽 Servings: 6 small cups

Ingredients:
4 oz. Dark chocolate, melted with heavy cream
2 tsp. Heavy cream
1 oz. Salted Peanuts
2 oz. Almond, ground

Procedure:
1. Add 3 halves salted peanuts in each of the cups in the mold.
2. Pour the melted chocolate mix.
3. Top with ground almonds, just one thin layer. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy.

Fat - 10.9g

Keto Crab Cakes and Feta Cheese Salad
Preparation time: 30 minutes�🍽 Servings: 2��Ingredients:�For the Crab Cakes:
100 grams Crab meat
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
¼ tsp Creole seasoning
1 Tbsp Leeks, chopped
2 tsp Parsley, chopped
1 Egg
¼ tsp Coconut Aminos
½ tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil, for frying

For the Salad:
50 grams Romaine Lettuce, shredded
½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Tbsp Black Olives, sliced
60 grams Feta Cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve��Procedure:�1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the crab cakes, except for olive oil.
2. Mix it until well combined.
3. Shape into little patties and place on a plate.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan.
5. Carefully add little crab cakes.
6. Slowly flip and cook the other side of the crab cakes. Set aside once cooked.
7. Now, prepare the salad ingredients.
8. Serve the crab cakes with all the salad ingredients and serve with mayonnaise.��➡️ Nutritional Information:�Energy -
