Triceps and biceps today! 💪🏼 The first tricep set do all 3 variations as one set, complete 4 sets, 10 reps each variation. Here I'm holding a 15lb dumbbell. Second tricep exercise I'm holding a 10lb plate - concentrate on really squeezing that tricep muscle. Third is a bicep curl using the cable machine. Full extension! *Video is sped up but perform nice and slow*
