🌿 Curious about C*D and massage? Let's get into it.

💆‍♀️ 1. What is the "Cannabliss Massage"?
"Cannabliss Massage" incorporates C*D topical balm into your massage to complement your treatment and elevate your self-care experience.

🌿 2. What does C*D have to do with massage?
Massage can help promote relaxation and ease muscle tension, while C*D topicals are commonly used to provide a soothing sensation when applied to the skin. And all our C*D products we use contain less than 3% THC, if any at all.

✨ 3. It's an upgrade to your massage.
For an additional $20–$25, Cannabliss incorporates C*D into your massage experience.
💵 Want to make it more affordable for future visits? Purchase your own eligible rub in-spa and the integration fee drops to just $5 per visit!

🤍 4. Let your therapist know about sensitivities.
Even topical products can cause skin irritation or reactions. Let your therapist know about any allergies, sensitive skin, or ingredients you need to avoid before your session to know if Cannabliss Massage is right for you.

💆 5. It works with your preferred massage style.
Whether you prefer relaxation or deep pressure, Cannabiss can be incorporated into almost any massage to complement the experience.

💪 Shoulder pain doesn't always start at your shoulders... here's why!

‼️ Your body works as a connected system. Muscles, joints, and movement patterns all influence each other, meaning tension or limited mobility in one area can sometimes affect how another area feels/functions.

While your massage therapists is focusing on those tight shoulders... understanding how the rest of your body moves can help paint a bigger picture to what's contributing to the tension . 💆‍♂️

Your body is connected, and your massage should take that into account.

Sometimes healing starts with slowing down.
A gentle cranial hold helps release tension in the head and neck, encourages deep relaxation, and creates space for the body to unwind.
A reminder that therapeutic massage isn't always about deep pressure. Sometimes, the lightest touch makes the biggest difference. (Pictured is Daria who works at both Eastern and Rainbow locations)
