I hope you're having a wonderful week! As we head into summer, I wanted to send a few important updates and reminders to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

✨ Service Pricing Updates
As previously announced, pricing for the following services has been updated:

Korean Lash Lift + Tint: $110
Brow Lamination + Wax & Tint: $120

Clients who booked their Brow Lamination + Wax & Tint service prior to the price increase have been grandfathered into the previous rate of $85. Please note that grandfathered pricing does not apply to Korean Lash Lift services.

Thank you for understanding as I continue to invest in advanced education, products, and the overall experience I provide for my clients.

📱 Appointment Confirmation Reminder
It has recently come to my attention that some new clients are not confirming their appointments through the confirmation text that is sent the day before their scheduled appointment.

I completely understand that life gets busy and messages can sometimes be overlooked. However, as a small business owner who has unfortunately experienced multiple no-shows over the years, appointment confirmations are required for all services.

The confirmation text will always have "PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY" at the top of the message, making it easy to identify.
All I ask is for a quick acknowledgment to let me know you've received and read the message. Confirmations must be received by 9:00 PM the evening before your appointment, otherwise your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

A heartfelt thank you to all of my wonderful clients who consistently respect this process and help keep my schedule running smoothly.

📋 Rescheduling Policy Reminder
For appointments that are paid in full at the time of booking, including:

• Brow Waxing Services
• Brow Wax + Tint
• Brow Wax + Lamination

Your payment may be transferred one time if you reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel, no-show, or do not provide the required 72-hour notice, a new payment will be required to schedule another appointment.

These policies are not new and have been in place since 2020. They exist solely to protect my business, my time, and the appointment availability of other clients.

Thank you for your understanding and continued respect for these policies.

📅 July Books Are Officially Open
My July schedule is now open for booking! Summer tends to fill quickly with vacations, family events, and schedule changes, so I highly encourage all clients to pre-book their appointments in advance to secure the dates and times that work best for them.

If you're due for your annual ombré brow touch-up, now is the perfect time to get on the schedule before the peak summer heat arrives. Staying on top of your maintenance appointments helps keep your brows looking fresh year-round.

🚨 Last-Minute Opening Available
I currently have a last-minute opening available:
June 9th at 1:00 PM

This appointment is available for:
• New Ombré Brows
• Lip Blush
• Correction/Cover-Up Brows
If you've been waiting for an opening, this is your chance!

💕 Service Price Updates Effective June 1st
As my education, techniques, and service offerings continue to evolve, the following pricing updates will take effect on June 1st:

Korean Lash Lift + Tint
Current Price: $65
New Price: $100

Brow Wax + Lamination + Tint
Current Price: $85
New Price: $120

Clients who have already booked their Brow Wax + Lamination + Tint appointment prior to June 1st will be grandfathered into the current $85 pricing.

Please note: Grandfathered pricing does not apply to Korean Lash Lift services.

📌 Friendly Policy Reminders
To ensure fairness to all clients and to protect appointment availability, please keep the following policies in mind:

Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable and required to reserve your appointment.
Rescheduling Policy
• A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. 1 rescheduled appointment is allowed with the same deposits, if a second rescheduled appointment is needed another deposit will be required to re-book.
Late Reschedules
• Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a rescheduling fee.
Day-Of Cancellations
• Same-day cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Call / No-Show Appointments
• No-call/no-show appointments will result in additional fees and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

These policies allow me to accommodate clients who are often waiting weeks for an available appointment and help keep my schedule running smoothly.

✈️ OUT OF STUDIO MAY 30th-JUNE 3rd
I will be out of town this coming weekend and wlll be away from my phone. For emergencies please text me at 702-907-6369 and I will get back to you as soon as I can. For any reschedules please use the confirmation email that was sent to you to make changes to your appointment. (As long as your appointment is 72 hours prior you should be able to reschedule through that confirmation email).
