10 Steps to Healthier Longer Hair!

1. Get a Trim Every 6 Weeks!
- Your hair is dry and dead. If you don't get a trim, you will have know control of the amount of hair that will break.

2. Be Gentle when you Brush your Hair!
- Collect all your hair in one hand, hold it while brushing softly from your ends moving up.

3. Get a Leave in Conditioner
-Use it when your Hair is Wet! This will help you brush through your hair!

4. Limit your Blow Dryer use to 2 times a Week!
-Wash your hair at night and let it air dry as much as you can.

5. Get a Deep Conditioner
- Use it Once a week in the Shower for 15 mins.

6. Buy a Strengthening Shampoo and a Softening Conditioner!
- Only use Conditioner from Mid-shaft to your ends. Putting Conditioner on your scalp will make your hair look greasy by the end of the day. It will also leave build up on your scalp and then when you brush your scalp, you'll have white flakes of product visible on your hair.

7. Buy a Thermal Protectant Spray
- If you like to straighten or curl your hair everyday. This is a must have product. Spray on dry hair and then use your thermal irons!

8. Buy Moroccan Oil
- Apply on your ends Everyday!
I like to use it when my hair is wet but can be used on wet or dry hair!

9. Give your Hair a Break
- Try to only Curl or Straighten your hair every other day!

10. Take a Multivitamin!
- There is Hair Skin and Nails, Prenatal Vitamins, or biotin. Any of them will help a lot!

Who new layers could change so much!!!! She wanted it to be fun and playful! So I cut her hair into a more squared off Aline! I added Square layers to give her more forward and backward movements in the hair!! Looks good straight and Awesome when curled!!! It's a great cut for a natural wave or a tight curled messy marlin look!!
