Not all lash sets are created the same and they shouldn’t be.

One of the most important (and sometimes overlooked) parts of the lash artistry is truly listening to your client’s chief complaint and lifestyle before ever picking up a tweezer. Every artist has their own approach, but customization is what elevates a set from good to great and just right for that specific client.

This beauty came in wanting a natural classic look… but just a touch fuller. She also shared a few key preferences:
• She didn’t want her inner corners filled
• She wears glasses daily
• She has beautifully large, almond-shaped eyes.

Taking all of that into account, I chose a wet set with a medium curl and mapped a soft, modified cat eye. Skipping the inner corners kept the look airy and comfortable, while the curl and mapping worked with her eye shape and glasses, not against them.

The goal is always balance: enhancing natural features while respecting comfort, lifestyle, and personal preference.

She left feeling confident and loving her new lashes and that’s always a win.

This beauty is totally stunning! We’re currently in the brow rehab phase. I mapped and waxed her brows, then selectively penciled in fine hair strokes to create a fuller, more natural look.

I finished the look with dark brown wispy lashes that make her gorgeous eye color pop beautifully.

Finally did my mama’s second session (PMU) after her initial treatment back in May. Now, this is not the norm, a follow-up with me is usually done within 6–12 weeks. But when you have a very social and busy mama like mine, you make exceptions and get her in when she's available.
