I truly appreciate every single one of my clients and your support of my business. However, moving forward, all policies will be strictly enforced with no exceptions.

Lately, there have been too many instances of late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, same-day appointment changes, no-shows, and distractions during services that affect my schedule and the quality of your appointment.

To ensure everyone’s appointments run smoothly, please be mindful of the following:

⏰ Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation. (10 Minute Grace Period)

📅 No same-day rescheduling or moving appointments.

❌ No last-minute cancellations.

🚫 No call/no-shows will be charged accordingly.

📱 Please avoid texting, phone calls, or trying to use your phone during your lash appointment. Your eyes should remain closed throughout the service, and using your phone slows down the appointment process and can affect the quality and timing of your set.

💗 Please respect my time, my business, and the clients scheduled before and after you.

I love being flexible when I can, but I can no longer make exceptions, as repeated schedule changes and disruptions impact my ability to provide the best experience for everyone.
