Eligibility
A. High School graduate, recipient of General Education Development Certificate (GED), or expect to receive a GED Certificate or graduate by the spring of 2023.
B. All applicants must have maintained a minimum "C" Average in all subjects.
C. All applicants must have a minimum ACT Score of 15.

Application and Supplementary Materials
A. Complete the application, including all attachments
B. High school transcript and any college credit transcript
C. Copy of SAT and/or ACT score
D. One letter of reference supporting your character achievements, and potential for education and career advancement. The letter may be from a school official, employer, ministers, or others you know well.
