How do you describe 8 years of a brand built on love, community, service, excellence, and entrepreneurial support? POSH a Mireille Salon! There are too many events, school supply drives, givebacks, event sponsorships, talks, and prayers to talk about. This serves as a testament to God’s favor! There are too many plaques and awards to name and I am so grateful! The Posh Village is real and strong! It doesn’t matter who your stylist was or is…if you stepped into those doors…you are a part of our village. Yes, we are in a new location, but the hearts behind the chairs remain the same! The pivot was forced but needed….God allowed me to see so much during that process…now I understand, and I am grateful! Posh is not a building- it’s a brand! One that was created and nurtured in love and designed by God! We are accepting new customers so spread the word! Sometimes you have to step back, realign, readjust, and reset!

After almost 8 incredible years of serving the Dacula community, it is with a mix of gratitude and sadness that we announce the closure of Posh a Mireille Salon. Our journey has been filled with creativity, passion, and unwavering support from all of you.

Reason for Closure:
Unfortunately, due to unreasonable and egregious demands from our landlord, we find ourselves unable to continue operating in our current location. Despite our best efforts to reach a reasonable compromise, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors.

Gratitude and Appreciation:
We want to express our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you. Our loyal customers have been the backbone of our success, and we are deeply grateful for your trust and patronage. Your loyalty and support have meant the world to us.

Community Impact:
Posh a Mireille Salon has always been committed to giving back. Over the years, we've organized back-to-school drives, clothing collections, and food donation efforts. We've partnered with incredible nonprofits and organizations, especially during the challenging times of the COVID epidemic. Your participation and generosity have made a significant impact on our community.

As the owner, LaShonia Turner, a remarkable Black woman entrepreneur, has navigated challenges and triumphs throughout her 25-year career in the hair industry. Her resilience and creativity have inspired us all.

To the city of Dacula and its citizens, thank you for embracing us. Your unwavering support has been our driving force. We've proudly held the honorable mention of being the "Best of Gwinnett" for several consecutive years, and that wouldn't have been possible without your votes and encouragement.

While our current location may close, our journey continues. Stay tuned as our talented stylists, including LaShonia announce their new location. They will personally reach out to our current clients via email.

Grand Closing Event:
