THE NPC/IFBB Natural Battle of West Georgia VI! ⚡️

WOW! What an absolutely incredible and electrifying event! We hosted some incredible talent at this year’s Battle and man was it FUN! THANK YOU to ALL of our amazing competitors for making this year’s event our best one yet! Your hard work and sacrifice is definitely appreciated and our hope is that each of you walked away with many great memories from this weekend.

Preparation for BATTLE WGA VII is underway! This show is bigger and better every year and I can assure you, next year will be no exception! Date TBA! ⚡️

Book Tan, Hair & Makeup Appts ‼️

Don’t skimp on your spray tan, this is arguably one of the MOST important factors of your overall look. If you book with the official tanning company, you won’t have to stress about doing your own AND you know you’ll be the exact same color and shade as everyone else on stage. You do not want to be the one who is different than all the others in this case.

Hair & makeup 💄 - use your discretion. Getting your makeup to match your tan can be very tricky and stressful if you’re new to this sport. It can get expensive but if you had to choose one or the other, get your make up professionally done and do your own hair if you need to is our recommendation.

If you haven't already make sure you book your tan with BEFORE WED May 1st

Everyone needs a tan, even if it's just to even out already dark skin tone. And she'll help you with glaze and glue backstage too.

Prepping your skin properly before your tan can make a difference between an ok tan and a great tan so make sure you read the prep instructions from Maggie carefully. She's dedicated to making you look amazing 😁

If you have tan on from a show you recently did, then make sure to reach out to her in regards to that, specially if it was a different tanning vendor.

If you wear a waist trainer it's important not to wear that after Wednesday and exfoliate that area well.

Moisturize and exfoliate daily until day of tanning.

On Friday shower and exfoliate, DO NOT use lotion or deodorant.
Wear loose fitting clothing for your appointment.

Great tan will make it so that your hard work shows properly and looks great in pictures.
