Born at home and delivered by Dad on 5/31/25 11:55pm (on accident)

Nick and I went to l&d on 5/31 with contractions 4 to 7 mintues apart and I wasn’t feeling him move. They montiored him and he passed all his tests and i didnt dilate any in the hour we were there so the doctor told me to walk around and eat and come back if we felt it necessary. So we go pick up my mom from the airport and get food and go home. I laid on the couch and had contractions the entire time and Nick said ok are we going back in or am I going to sleep. I said let me go to the bathroom and we can go. We had just put Robby to bed and I go to the bathroom and I’m kinda screaming and crying and Nick comes in and I stand up and my water breaks! Nick says I’m packing the car. I get to the car and more fluid comes and I’m screaming like I have to push he’s coming. Nick calls 911 and takes me back to our room and I push three times and he’s out. Nick catches him and the EMTs get there and do the rest. Nick did amazing and i really cant believe it happened the way it did. Robby slept through the entire thing, my mom took pictures and lane got to witness his little brother being born and remained so calm and was so helpful! Once things had settled and we were at the hospital I told Nick it was actually kinda fun. 😂 Had to go out with a bang for my last baby!
