Elevated Salon

Although it’s been closed since the morning Hurricane Beryl came ashore, the little salon “under the oaks“ ( there’s a bit of a joke there ) is officially closing its doors.

I gave the keys back yesterday and finished tying up loose ends. I’ll miss our time doing business here but now it’s time to move on to something new.

Jessica and I have been working with Aydee and her team at Hairnovation Salon and Spa in Seabrook and feel like we’ve found a home. It’ll be a different experience than a visit at Elevated Salon but an experience we think you’ll enjoy as much or more.

As for 714 2nd St., I hope you get repaired and restored back to better than what you were while I had you

Update on the salon
One of those big beautiful oaks has fallen on the salon.
Aside from not having power, the building won’t be safe to enter until the tree can be removed. We’re on a list for that but uncertain about when that work can begin.
After that, insurance adjusters, inspections and then hopefully work on repairs can start. In the meantime, Jessica and I will be working to find space to continue doing business. I know we all have a few more gray hairs after Beryl.
We’ll be in touch w more info and updates as we have them.

Update on the salon. Power and internet are back on but unfortunately, I will have to remain closed due to burst pipes. Waiting for repairs to start but still don’t have a good idea of when the work can be completed. I’ll be reaching out to reschedule appointments as soon as I can!

With everything that’s been going on the last few days ( and still a couple more to come ), I’d almost forgotten to post about Elevated Salon’s 4th anniversary!!!

On a Tuesday morning, four years ago, I opened the doors for the first clients in my first salon of my own! It’s been the perfect spot for my clients and I’m always happy to see how much they enjoy their time in this space.
