We will open with grounding, intention, and the creation of a safe, held container for emotional and ancestral work. You’ll receive a gentle, embodied teaching on how the womb holds memory, helping release shame around “why can’t I just move on?” before moving into a somatic womb release using breath, touch, sound, and pelvic awareness (always at your own pace).The circle culminates in an ancestral clearing ritual to return what was never yours to carry, call back your life force, and integrate a felt sense of softness, clarity, and safety through a closing blessing.

This circle is for the woman who feels emotionally heavy without a clear reason, who has been doing “the work” yet still feels stuck or weighed down. It’s for the woman who carries guilt, grief, or a sense of responsibility for others, often without realizing how much she’s holding.

You’ll leave this circle feeling lighter,emotionally and energetically with a palpable sense of relief in your womb and body. You’ll experience a deeper trust in yourself and your inner wisdom, along with a simple practice you can return to whenever your body asks for support.

You may cry, weep, and maybe even feel a sense of relief.

My vision is bigger than me (and that’s not a bad thing)

What has always driven me is my vision.
My mission.
My prayer.
They’re all intertwined.

For years, I’ve dreamed of creating a sanctuary for women.
A place of healing.
No judgment. No shame. No hierarchy.
A space rooted in love, trust, safety, and deep nervous-system rest.

A place where women sleep peacefully, receive care, connect with the earth and one another, and remember they are exactly where they’re meant to be. Where womb work, ceremony, somatics, nervous-system support, feminine embodiment, and earth-based healing coexist, alongside aligned practitioners who bring their own magic.
A place where suffering softens, even if just for a while.
Where the body finally exhales.

There’s a reason this vision lives in me.

Being a woman without a mother has shaped me in ways I’m still learning to name. There were so many seasons where all I needed was to be held by women.
to be checked on, supported, surrounded. And motherhood without a mother of your own… it changes you.

Despite it all, I’ve been deeply supported by women in my community. meals dropped off, sessions exchanged, playdates offered, invitations extended.
I’ve felt seen. Loved. Held.

And that’s all I want for the women who one day walk into this sanctuary.

Lately I’ve been feeling this collective exhale from mothers (especially after the New Year!)

Not a desire to do more… but to live differently.
More aware or present.
Less reactive.
More connected to the body and inner voice guiding us.
