Kansas City Shears Sharpening

We offer shears sharpening via the Diamond Rose Superior System, a patented machine that restores shears to factory new Radius & Convex Edge specs.

Dawn and Terry Lawson of KC Shears Sharpening sell Musashi Shears and offer shears sharpening via the Diamond Rose Superior Sharpening System, the only machine that can truly ensure restoration of dull shears back to their factory specifications, retaining the 800 mm radius and convex edge. The sharpening is performed by hand via multiple steps, but the machine clamps the blades in place with the stops set to prevent straightening the radius of your expensive scissors.

We sharpened for repeat customer, Gloria, at her beautiful salon today on Swift St in North KC. Looks at these Rusk Shears!!! She’s had them for MANY years and Irvine Rusk GAVE her 2 Rusks! They still work and sharpened up well!! Go see Gloria.
