I got to do Manual Lymphatic Drainage on this beautiful client yesterday. We saw a big difference after, with her swelling going down around her ankles and calves. Swelling can cause a lot of damage to your soft tissue as well as be very painful. Getting regular MLD helps if you have a slow lymph system or have recently gone through surgery or any other trauma to the body. It can also support your immune system. It is extremely relaxing as to engage the lymph system involves very light pressure.
