Let’s quit smoking we can do it

I haven’t been on here for a while but I haven’t had a cigarette in probably 50 days or more. I quick counting I don’t want them and I’m feeling better breathing better.

28 days no ci******es , yesterday I wanted one but i didn’t smoke one it’s ok to crave one that’s going to happen just don’t act on it

22days no ci******es and so happy about that

20 days no ci******es !!!!!

It’s a beautiful day here in Florida a great day to quit smoking and breathe the fresh air
