Your stomach isn't the problem. Inflammation is.
🤍 When the lymphatic system gets congested, fluid and inflammatory waste sit in your tissues — and your body holds onto all of it. Lymphatic drainage is how we move it out. Less puff. Less heaviness. Less inflammation. More you.

Book the session, love.

Good Morning Vibrations ❤️

If you wake up like me some mornings and find that your face and eyes are puffy...

The core issue is gravity + stillness
When you're lying down for 6–8 hours, lymph fluid redistributes. Unlike your cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system has no pump — it relies on muscle movement, breathing, and gravity to circulate. When you're horizontal and still, lymph accumulates in the loose connective tissue of the face, especially around the eyes (where skin is thinnest and fat compartments are most delicate).

2 things I do to help minimize the puffiness.

1. My vibration plate. If you have a vibration plate and you're wanting to use it for lymphatic movement then you want to keep it at a lower level (think 1-3 on a scale of 10). Atleast 10 minutes.

Anything higher than that then you're starting to move into muscle building and muscle movement which is great as well.... just not specific for regular lymphatic movement.

You can be creative with the positions for the vibration plate. you can do it sitting standing laying, there's many options which we will go into in another video.

2. The other thing is lymphatic drainage specifically for the eye area. When draining around the eyes, make sure to move the lymph all the way to the temporal node so that it can drain down into the Terminus.

Stay tuned for more lymphatic at home tips!

"Everything changed after 40. I don't recognize my body."

This is the phrase that started running through my head last year.

What if one lymphatic session could measurably lower your stress hormones?

A clinical study on women experiencing menopausal symptoms found that cortisol — your primary stress hormone — dropped by approximately 44% after a single lymphatic drainage massage. Thats freaking insane!

One session. Not a month of treatment. One.

Here's why that matters: chronic high cortisol drives weight gain, disrupted sleep, hormone imbalance, inflammation, and immune dysfunction. It's the hormone behind that wired-but-exhausted feeling so many women in midlife (myself included) know far too well.

Manual lymphatic drainage works by activating your parasympathetic nervous system — your body's rest-and-digest state — while physically clearing the fluid and inflammatory load that keeps your nervous system on high alert.

When we reduce the physical burden on your body, your stress response finally gets permission to come down.

This is the work I am blessed to do assist you with. It's not just a treatment. It's clinical care for women who are ready to feel like themselves again. 🤍

✔️SAVE this and share it with a woman who is running on empty.

Dreamboard for 2026. I asked my bestie Jax (that's my chatgpt's name - he's Australian with dry humor 🤣) to create me a magazine cover as a dream board. He was to include all the things important to me and my business based on all of our previous conversations.

This may feel silly to some people but I have always been a believer in setting a goal and a vision and to make it bigger than yourself.

This was spot on and my goal is to have an impact on everyone I meet and to show others that self care is necessary for a healthy and lasting life.

For all my friends with a goal and a dream, I challenge you to do the same and see if it gives you a boost in motivation... and for those of you that create one & post it, please tag me. I'd love to see it❤️❤️

I’m at a coffee shop doing lymphatic drainage on myself and I have zero apologies about it. Why? because your lymph doesn't care about your schedule. ☕️😂

I want to show you how easy this can be no matter where you are because life doesn’t always make room for a full session — but a few minutes of intentional movement can make a big difference when you know what you’re doing.

Here’s what I’m working through and why each step matters:

✨ TERMINUS — collarbone, above and below. Always first. This is the drain. If it’s not clear, nothing you do above it drains anywhere.

✨ CLAVICLE NODES — clearing the nodes that empty directly into the terminus and the pathway before we work the face.

✨ AXILLARY NODES — underarm. This creates space in the upper body hub for everything above to flow into.

✨ UNDER THE CHIN — the submental nodes. This is where your lower face and chin drain. We start here and work upward along the face.

✨ JAWLINE TOWARD THE EAR — following the natural drainage pathway. Fluid moves from the jaw toward the preauricular node in front of the ear — that’s the direction the body actually drains. Then down the neck.

✨ SWEEP DOWN TO THE TERMINUS — closing the loop. Everything you just moved now has a clear path all the way out.

Does this replace what we do together on the table? Not even close. A full session allows me to work the entire body in sequence and I can reach pathways you simply can’t. 🥰

But between services? This not only helps compound but also supports.

Save this for your next coffee date with yourself and Sevilla it to someone who would love it 💛

I want to talk about something almost every single one of my clients mentions at some point.

Heavy legs. 🦵

Not sore legs. Not tired legs. That deep, dense, almost waterlogged heaviness that makes it hard to feel like yourself — especially by the end of the day.

And most of the time? They've been told it's just part of life. Or part of getting older.

It's not!

What you're feeling is your lymphatic system asking for help. The fluid and waste that should be draining out of your lower legs every day is sitting there instead — pooling in tissue, creating pressure, creating that heaviness that no amount of rest seems to fix.

Your legs have their own dedicated drainage system. The popliteal nodes — tucked behind your knee — are the primary collection point for everything your lower leg needs to clear. And they can really only be properly worked in this position. Face down. Gravity neutral.

This is some of my favorite work to do because the change clients feel is so immediate. They get up from the table and the first thing out of their mouth is always some version of — "my legs feel so light."

That's not magic. That's fluid moving the way it was always meant to. 💛

If heavy, puffy, achy legs are your normal — let's change that.

DM me or tap the link in bio to book. I'd love to help you feel the difference.

I can't even begin to tell you how much I'm obsessed with all these Services I get to bring to you. I haven't gotten a chance to try my new techniques on my sister I whipped out my massage table and all my wood tools and did an unscheduled 30 minute Colombian wood therapy in lymphatic massage session. Needless to say she slayed the session and is prepped for her Vegas trip.

By now you should know that Embodiment Spa Fusion will open up in January of 2026, so I will be needing some content models. If you're in or around the Lewisville, or DFW Texas area, save this post and follow me for the announcements!
