Help for this lovely mum please...
"My daughter is on numerous AEDs [anticonvulsants] and is having real difficulty sleeping, especially of late. Not sure if it's an AED side effect or whether it is due to epilepsy activity going on that we can't see. (My daughter is non verbal so can't tell us how she is feeling.) What I would like to know is, can AEDs cause sleep problems? If so, which AEDs cause this and do they cause a problem with dropping off to sleep, or a problem staying asleep? We're all shattered from sleep deprivation so I really need to discuss this with her consultant at our next clinic appointment, but would love to hear the views of others so that I can start the conversation from a well-informed position. Thank you."

Honestly, you would be astonished how much doing this a little at a time can do for yourself!
Doing this has helped me overcome a lot in 2 years for instance anxiety in certain situations, being able to be in small crowds without panicing, talking socially alot better. 💯💪🏼
Let yourself be uncomfortable once in a while.
