I hate that I even have to post this… 😅
But after it happening a couple of times maybe I should.

Yes, there is a “Training/Trade” option on my booking site.

*No, it is not a free massage option.*

I absolutely do trade services from time to time, but that option exists solely for individuals I’ve already discussed and approved a trade arrangement with. It’s there so they can book online at their convenience.

Please do not book using the trade option if we have never spoken about a trade or worked out an agreement before. 🤦🏼‍♀️

If you’re interested in discussing a trade, feel free to reach out first. But please, do not assume you get to book a free massage.
This option is not open for general booking.

Let me start out by saying this is gonna be an insanely personal, long post.
But what better way to explain than using myself as the example.

As many of you know, I went through the HARDEST year of my life in 2024.
I was only surviving, and barely doing that.
I was stuck. Some days I still am stuck.
I went to work, I took care of my kids and I scrolled on my phone.

But I would sit in my bed all the time. No back support, not moving, or changing position. sometimes being so far bent forward my head would be at stomach level.
I didn’t move my body for that entire year.
I was ALWAYS looking down. My shoulders forever rolled forward & in.

You would assume I was active. I have 4 kids. I did events where I would work 12-15 hour days only sitting down for moments at a time.
But I never MOVED my body. I did not stretch, I didnt bend my knees. I did not rotate my arms.
And I NEVER pulled my head up.
I was stuck.

I knew my life needed to change. & I worked damn hard to change it. & I’m still ever evolving and working on it so hard.
But with that comes changes in behavior, habits, lifestyle in general.

I lost 55lb + lbs that year. But you literally couldn’t tell because of how bad my posture was.

Your body is a vessel. And how you take care of you vessel ..
is what determines how long you live, how ‘healthy’ you are and how you feel in your body.

The picture I took in my bathing suite. IS THE SAME DAY!!! As the picture of me cleaning.

Just to show how impactful that forward head position is.
& Notice in that last picture, while washing dishes. I’m so far forward you can’t even see my head. 🫨🫨🫨🫨

I am still working on it. But I NOTICE it now.
I get bodywork done for myself.
I go to the chiropractor, sometimes even weekly.
I know I need to correct this NOW.

Think about all the things that pull your head forward & down.
Cooking, cleaning, reading a book, scrolling on your phone, yard work, talking to your little kids,
EVERYTHING you do day to day.. pulls your head forward and down.

So this is my call to you.
Take care of your body NOW!

Stretch. Notice when you’ve been looking down.
And correct it.
Stop sitting without back support.

Get bodywork done!!!

Let me try to help correct what’s already been done!
Take it from me.. you NEED this.
Before it’s too late. 

Massage isn’t just getting rubbed on.
It’s corrective action. Body preservation.
Healing from what life has thrown at you.
