All returns may be made within 12 days of purchase for an in store credit only. Tags must still be attached. No altered, damaged or stained items will be accepted. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to Bliss. If your item is refused you are responsible with the cost of shipping the package back to you. If you would like to return an item please contact us at [email protected] before returning the item. All sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Please contact us directly for any sizing issues. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size and we still have that size available, we will gladly exchange your item. If the item is no longer available we will offer you an in store credit. If you would like to exchange your item you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, we will gladly cover the cost of returning the new sized item back to you. Once we have sent you an invoice, you will have 48 hours to pay that invoice. If it is not paid, we will send you a reminder, if the second invoice goes unpaid, the items will be available for someone else to purchase.
