When you’re stressed, your body produces more cortisol. And when cortisol is high… it can actually lower your nitric oxide levels.

And it works INVERSELY.

Meaning, if you can increase nitric oxide, you might be able to lower that fight-or-flight feeling.

Nitric Oxide also helps with energy, circulation, and mental clarity.

So…when it’s low you’re stuck in a cycle of exhaustion, inflammation and feeling foggy…… you don’t have to stay stuck, there are options.

I bought this dresses eons ago because it was cute! I gained so much weight and it stopped looking cute! ( photo in comments ). After a 40 lb drop, it’s back to being cute 🥰 again!

If you constantly crave sweets at night… you are NOT weak. 👏

Most women are under-eating protein all day, stressed out, skipping meals, or trying to survive on tiny salads… then wondering why they end up face first in chocolate by 8 PM 😂

One thing that helped me BIG time?
Learning how to make healthier versions of foods I actually LOVE instead of pretending I only crave plain chicken and cucumbers lol.

This tastes like a Bounty bar dessert but actually leaves you FULL and satisfied 👇

CAKE LAYER
• 1 banana
• 1 egg + 2 egg whites
• 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
• Pinch of baking soda
• Few drops lemon juice

Mix together and microwave for 4 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING
• 1 cup yogurt 2 good brand or Chobani zero sugar
• ½ cup shredded coconut
• 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup

Spread on top of cake layer.

FINISH Melted dark chocolate drizzle (about ¼ cup)

Refrigerate overnight if you can wait that long 😂

Ok! So I played around with the label a little! But seriously! I never liked the idea of energy drinks! Don’t want my body filled with caffeine and sugar!

So what’s my new go to? I will give you a clue. It’s not loaded with caffeine or sugar! It’s part of my daily that helped improve my health, boost my energy, and reduce inflammation.

I’m here to support you on your wellness journey! The hardest part for some is just making the decision to get started. Especially if you’ve felt stuck or tried all the yo-yo diets and didn’t feel successful.

I’m not here to “coach” anyone! I’m just a 52 year old Wife and Mother who got out of shape and found my way back to healthy and fit again.

This was one of my side by sides from last summer! It’s been almost a year since I started this wellness comeback and what I love the most is how I have been able to keep the inflammation down! It’s been super easy to stay consistent.
