Clay county has said May 15th for barbers and hairdressers to go back to work. It’s all I know right now. It changes daily. I’m not making appointments until i know a exact date 3 days prior.

I’ve always kept my shop disinfected and super clean. Exception of hair on the floor. 😂 Taylor and I have to make money. Neither of us own a money tree. like I’m sure all you don’t. 😂 I’m Cautious, but not really to worried about this virus. No need to stop life. We all need to move forward. Business as usual. Hey guys, Taylor here. Just wanted to let everyone know that I am now enforcing the same rule Gene has always had for the shop. I will be charging a 20 dollar no show fee. If you do not give me a 24 hour notice that you can’t make your appointment, you will be charged 20 dollars the next time you want back on my schedule. Barbers do not get paid hourly, and when you don’t show up we make NOTHING. If I have a notice I can feel the spot. If not I have to set and I miss out on the money. I hope everyone understands! I have been with Mean Genes Barbershop for 3 years now and I’ve let it slide. Its 2020 y’all! Thank you and I appreciate all of you!

Hey guys Taylor here. I wanted to take a min to let everyone know I only have 4 spots left the week of Christmas. I can do 9 am and 10 am on Sunday the 22nd. And I’ve got 3 or 4 o’clock left on Monday the 23rd. If those don’t work and you are wanting in before the holiday please schedule with me this weekend. I have spots left the 14th thru the 16th. I’m try to get this out to all my client (Gene’s). I’m going to need a few days off maybe more. Won’t know until my results come in. Plus more testing. I had a heart attack Saturday. I’m going to need a day or so to figure out the schedule. I do not know anything yet on what they are going to do. Just want to prepare my clients that there will be changes in your up coming appointments. I’m trying to keep low stress right now. So Taylor will be working extra to help me out until I get back on my feet.
