so doing my own nails is hard ngl— i damaged my nails and wanted to use this opportunity to show what IBX is and track my journey!

⟡ IBX is a nail treatment that works from the inside out. Meaning it’s applied to your nail plate but unlike gels and acrylics and penetrates down into the matrix/nailbed and pores healthy growth from the inside out.

⟡ This is not an alternative to extensions or gels, but can be used with them, or on your natural nail by itself.

⟡ It takes 12 treatments for max results—— but some notice an improvement even after the first time. Like mine!

always nice to see. i mean things do happen—— but 9x out of 10 if you follow proper aftercare instructions your retention will be 🔥

things to help your service last longer:
- do not use nails as tools, instead use finger tips
- wear gloves when cleaning, cooking, gardening or crafting etc
- clean under nails with a nail brush daily maybe multiple times daily if needed
- oil cuticles daily. natural nails will curl away or separate from product when dry, so cuticle oil helps prevent that as much as possible

easier said than done, i will never judge but hope this helps you understand why it’s not always the nail techs fault that nails aren’t lasting. other factors matter too like current damage, thinness, medical conditions or oily nail beds. 💖
