Hi! I’m Alicia—your friendly Lincoln makeup artist and a bit of a “beauty late bloomer.” I don’t fit your typical makeup artist mold.

Believe it or not, I didn’t even own makeup in high school. Between the over-plucked brows (shoutout to my fellow millennials) and feeling generally awkward in my skin, I hadn’t yet discovered the power of a few “tweaks.” That changed when a Laura Mercier artist, did my makeup for a friend’s wedding. For the first time, I felt truly confident, and I was hooked.

I traded my awkward phase for makeup school in Canada and a dream role at MAC, now I am a full time freelance artist. While I used to live for the drama and bold colors, I’ve fallen in love with the softer side of artistry. My mission now is about enhancement—using minimal products to create long-lasting looks that make you feel like you, just a little more polished.

When I am not working you can find me playing volleyball, golf, pickleball or just hanging with my family💕 It’s called balance.

Artistry isn’t a destination; it’s a constant flow of new trends and unique faces. I’m a people-pleaser by nature and an honest artist by trade. If I’m not the perfect fit for your specific vision, I’ll happily point you toward one of the other amazing artists in our community. I believe there’s room for all of us to shine.
