PSA‼️‼️ I want to start off by saying I absolutely love all my clients! I wouldn't be here without the continuous support and love you have all shown. Unfortunately I have had some lately that have not respected my time & business. With that being said I understand things come up and you may need to change an appointment or cancel. I put clients in my schedule to fill my days and when things change I'm stuck with gaps and such where other clients I've had to turn away could have booked. Running a business is not easy by any means necessary and if you have never ran one you may not understand but it's a lot of work. I just ask that you give me ample time if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you are a client who schedules and cancels multiple times unfortunately I will not be able to book you anymore as it does hurt my business and I don't feel my time and business is respected. Our policy is you have up to 24 hours before your appointment to change or cancel or you will be charged for the full amount of booked services. I will not rebook you if the fee is not paid. I would really rather not make people put deposits but if this continues unfortunately I will have to. I will be enforcing that policy and I appreciate the ones who are ready to pay it without me telling them. Please be mindful that this is not just a fun place to get things done but a business and I must run it as one! Thanks for listening! I hope to see all your beautiful faces soon!💕🙂
