I am absolutely freaking excited for dōTERRA’s new products!!! Their MetaPWR product line is one to pay attention to for sure!!! There is nothing like it on the market. Metabolic makeover here I come! I cannot wait to get my kit so I can start getting results & sharing with everybody!!

I also learned today the Birch is FINALLY going to be a permanent item because doTERRA was finally able to find a partner who sustainabley harvests the oil in Pennsylvania. This is so exciting to me because it is absolutely fantastic for pain. I have been hoarding my bottle from 5 years ago and it's nearly empty.

They are also bringing a steam distilled Jasmine as a permanent offering as well.

After a crying-type-laughter filled call with a friend tonight, I feel like I should probably cover what to do when you get an essential oil somewhere you don't want it because it stings. We will use the eyes as an example. But do remember there are places a bit farther south that don't appreciate some of the spicy oils.
So, you just rubbed your eyes after applying some Breathe and now your eyes are burning out of your head. You can't see because it hurts to open your eyes. What do you do? First, DO NOT immediately apply water...think chili peppers...water is bad. Next grab some carrier oil. Whatever is most handy really since you are probably flying blind and in need of immediate fire dousing property. Coconut, Olive Oil, Almond, Avocado... whatever you have. Liberally rub it into your eyes. I have even been known to blink some of the oil into my eye. Might have to do it several times in a row. I do it until the sting stops. Then wash the area with water and soap. If it still burns, repeat. I then usually apply thin coating of the carrier oil to the area and slap on a cold wash cloth if needed.
I will say, you become very aware of what oil you last touched before touching sensitive parts of your body after this happens. 🤣
If you have had a "hot" oil like Oregano, Peppermint, Clove, Deep Blue or Breathe on, I always recommend giving your hands a rub down in carrier oil before washing them before touching those sensitive parts of your body.
I have gotten most every oil in places that I shouldn't have in one way or another, so don't feel embarrassed to reach out to me if you have a situation. If you remember nothing else, just remember to call me, I will walk you through it. I will laugh and/or cry with you through it.
