I love being a hairstylist. Thank you all for sitting in my chair, sharing our stories, some for over 34 years! I have been with most of my clients, longer than I have been with my husband! Kurt and I will be married for 23 years in August. We have two children. Kaleb who will be graduating from SCC in December, with a degree in welding. Madison will be a senior this year, she attends Arts & Humanities focus school. She’s very talented in art. We love to go camping, traveling, host theme parties, and spend time with extended family and friends. I get to work with the best group of friends every day! As long as I can remember I wanted to become a hair stylist. When I was Senior in highschool a recruiter from Joseph's College of Beauty came to my home town and I knew without a doubt that hair styling was in my future. That was 39 years ago! I graduated Joseph's in 1984 and started my first job at Haircrafter's.
I got married in 1991 to Dan and have three kids; Alex, Zach, and Kara. We are almost empty nesters and now that my kids are all grown I love to travel and read!
As a stylist I get to come to work and do what I Love and meet and help all kinds of awesome people! A am also fortunate to have the best co-workers ever. I love them like we are family! The last 20 years at Premier have gone so fast! I absolutely love my clients and would not be where I am today without you! Thank you so much! ❤️

Happy 20th Anniversary Premier Hair Studio! I can't believe how fast time goes and how many fantastic people I have met over my 38 years of being a stylist. I always thought I would be a teacher growing up, one thing lead to another and I left Emporia State University to start Beauty School and marry Joel! Fast forward to 2022, our kids lives close, our 2 granddaughters are a blast and we ride an Indian Motorcycle and have had a ball in Sturgis the last 12 years! Thank You all for making me smile every day♡
