At The 402 Collective: Mind Body Soul, we’re building something different.

We are an integrative care clinic that welcomes the weird, the witchy, the woo, and the evidence-based. We believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are the people who provide it.

We center marginalized communities with an emphasis on rebuilding the matriarchy. That doesn’t mean punishing men. It means lifting all of us up together because we believe that is the context in which healing happens. We believe there is room for science and curiosity, research and ritual, psychotherapy and self-care.

Our foundation is evidence-based mental health care, but we also believe healing extends beyond the therapy room.

Our team currently includes psychotherapy, medication management for non-complex cases, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness care, medical aesthetics, naturopathy, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, massage therapy, and Reiki. Because for many of our clients, self-care is not superficial. It is part of reclaiming themselves.

Coming soon, we’ll also be offering sound baths and sound therapy, as well as Consciousness Exploration through QHHT sessions for clients who are curious about exploring meaning, self-understanding, and consciousness. These services are offered alongside, not in place of, evidence-based care.

We’re looking for psychotherapists who believe people deserve to be seen as whole human beings. People who aren’t afraid of complexity, who value inclusivity, who can appreciate both neuroscience and nervous system regulation, and who know that healing can happen in many different ways.
